1ST FLOOR
Reception - Enter from outside through double doors to elegant large reception room with arches, open fireplace, long elevated bar with double sink and wood panelled cupboards, large picture window looks out to the sea and two sets of double doors (half glass) lead onto large paved terrace with beautiful view. An interesting feature is a lounge area with traditional hooded open fireplace with natural rock left exposed to form seating. 

Hallway - leads to two single bedrooms 1, 2 (or offices) - both with stunning views 
An attractive bathroom with flagstones and italian aged marble tiling in the shower receptacle has a marble slab top vanity unit with washbasin, w.c.  and a stunning orignal iron grilled window that has a bougainvillea vine intertwined through the grill.

to the right of the courtyard - bedroom 3 (single) with ensuite bathroom, bedroom 4 (double), with attractive pitched exposed beam ceiling and ensuite bathroom 
large terrace with grapevine (produces enough grapes to make about 5 bottles of wine!)
small deep plunge pool and another larger terrace paved in ceramic tiles with built-in seating 
bedrooms 5, 6, 7  with ensuite bathrooms  front the terrace, two have high exposed beam pitched ceilings and double doors with shutters opening onto the terrace

3RD FLOOR

Ascend stairs up from courtyard through a bower of vines to two external w.c.'s meant for use by guests using the pool and terrace, b-b-q area and further stairs lead to bedroom 8 a double with bathroom and a window opening to partial sea view and mountain side, access from this level also to large liveable attic (with shower, w.c. and toilet installed). 

GARDEN STUDIO 
In the garden there is a detached building with independent guest (or staff) accommodation with its own walled garden. Consists of one large room with pitched exposed wood beam ceiling, kitchenette and bathroom (w.c. shower, toilet).  Double doors open on one side to the main garden and on the other side a further set of doors open to a charming small garden with its own access to the street. A large picture window has a stunning view over the village and sea.

A small utlities room in the upper garden houses the pool machinery and washing machine.

LOCATION : Close to the sea, only 4 minutes walk down to swimming spot (Kaminia Rocks) or 10 minutes to (Castello Beach).
