bank national hydra greece Hydra has two banks. The National Bank of Greece, (tel. 52242 fax. 52578 Manager: Giorgos Skangos.) pictured immediately left and the Commerical Bank of Greece, pictured below left. 
They are both situated on the habourfront and are opened 8am-2pm (Mon.-Thurs.)  and Friday 8am -1.30pm. They both have exchange facilities. You will find tourist agencies along the port also offer exchange but their rates differ. Use them at your own discretion.

Both banks also have 24 hours Bancomats, (automatic card banking machines) that you can access if you have a Mastercard or any bank card with CIRRUS or EUROCHECK/EUROCARD symbols. This means you can draw cash in drachmas at any time.
